XO event with hands-on unit demos at German XO Partner 

Halfway between Cologne and Frankfurt lies the idyllic village of Montabaur known for its historic city center with small, winding alleys and half-timbered houses. On a weekend in late October, XO Premium Partner, XO Service Center, hosted a customer event at their premises in this scenic city.  

While honoring the arrival of the new XO FLOW unit, owner Mr. Dietmar Menne had organized a day packed with product information and demonstrations for invited German dental practitioners.  

Mr. Menne and his team are experts in XO products and have been installing and servicing dental units and creating furnishing concepts for dental practices for more than 30 years.  

The center of attraction 

It was the new digital XO FLOW unit that was the center of attraction at the event. Visitors were given a thorough introduction to XO FLOW’s new treatment solutions in demonstrations by two dentists, Dr. Karsten Priehn and dentist Niko Menne. All guests were thus given the opportunity to see how the digital unit can optimize work processes, while ensuring patient comfort and at the same time facilitating better ergonomic working procedures.  

The basic model, the XO FLEX unit, has been a favorite among many dentists for years, and the new 2022 edition of XO FLEX was of interest to many of the guests as well. During the event, Mr. Menne and the team also demonstrated the upgraded FLEX unit with, amongst others, an improved solution for units without cuspidor, a new instrument holder with rubber gasket and better flushing of the cuspidor bowl.  

More XO trainings 

The visitors were enthusiastic about the units, and the mix of product updates and demos proved to be a success. At the moment, Mr. Menne and his team host XO trainings every Friday afternoon, demonstrating how dental practitioners can improve performance and profitability when working with XO units.
