XO CARE IS SPONSORING YOUNG DENTISTS AT OPTI SUMMER SCHOOL

In the spirit of supporting young dental practitioners XO CARE will again this year be sponsoring 5 free seats at the highly coveted training program ‘Opti Summer School’.

As part of our strategic partnership with OPTI Health Consulting (OPTI) we are launching a contest aiming to identify and award five promising German dentists with a scholarship to participate in this exceptional summer course.

The course is devoted to empowering newly graduated, young dentists with sufficient knowledge and training for them to get started in the dental profession and possibly to start their own clinic.

Whereas OPTI Health Consulting provides generic advisory services to dental professionals around subjects of dental practise management, the Summer School is, on the other hand, specifically designed for the next generation of German dentists. This training event is tailored for young entrepreneurs particularly interested in how to establishment a new dental practise, including aspects of organization, business administration, management, human resource management as well as marketing. Hence, the five-day seminar features trainings on ‘Organization & digitization’, ‘Business & financial planning’, marketing, billing, and law. Born out of a simple idea, the OPTI Summer School is now one of the largest and long-standing dental start-ups building events in Germany.

The strategic partnership. that has been in existence between OPTI and XO CARE for several years, aims to facilitate knowledge sharing and excellence in professional dentistry.
