When Tom Wexler applied for a dentist job at a clinic in Copenhagen, Denmark, he was invited for a try-out shift. But little did he know that he was going to work with a digital XO FLOW unit, a dental unit he had never used before.
Using XO FLOW without any introduction
Tom performed very well at the trial shift and got the job. So, we decided to visit Tom at the clinic to hear what it was like to use a unit with many new digital features - without any prior training.
“I used only a minute to see where everything is because it has more options than a regular dental unit. But it’s all there, and it’s so easy to see. It’s like using your iPhone,” Tom says.
“The intuitive user interface is one of the great advantages of the XO FLOW unit. Once you sit in front of the unit, you’ll quickly find out how to use it – even without an introduction”, Tom explains.
So easy – even for a technophobe
When introducing new digital features in a unit, some may worry that it’s too difficult to use. But Tom, who characterizes himself as a tad technophobic, proves that anyone can use it, regardless of digital skills. “As someone who is a little technophobic, the first time I saw the screen, I was like ‘oh my god! What am I going to do now?’, but it's super easy. It's like being on your phone or going on the internet. It’s very intuitive.”
It’s the intuitive user experience that makes XO FLOW so easy to use so that – as Tom says – anyone can find out what to do, just by looking at the screens and following the integrated user guidance.
