We are happy to announce that XO has appointed Reinhard Larch as our new XO Market Manager for the DACH region.

Reinhard Larch has extensive experience working with product management and business development in a variety of business fields covering MedTech, dental, instrumentation, semi-conductor, automation and wireless. He also has expertise in product development, pre-sales and technical key accounts through working in a variety of multinational industries.

In addition to a master's degree in electro-medical engineering and an Executive master's in business administration, Reinhard also has an entrepreneurial background while founding his own company back in 2005. For the past 12 years, he has been engaged in the dental field. From managing the R&D development team at E.M.S. Electro Medical Systems S.A. to international product marketing and sales activities. Summing up 12 years of experience in the dental and medical device manufacturing business he is now eager to share his knowledge, skills and passion with XO. As he describes it himself:

‘’My passion is to emerge into the markets to reveal undiscovered customer needs in the medical high-tech environment. I am also fascinated by the new digital marketing era which opens many possibilities to grow sales and market presence. It allows us in the B2B businesses to talk directly with end customers, hence giving us the possibility to stand out with extraordinary products such as the XO treatment solutions. I am happy to be part of this exciting new post-Covid era driving forward XO CARE’s remarkable products in the DACH market - under the motto of Extraordinary Dentistry.’’
