DEAR XO FRIENDS,

 

 

As the year is closing in, it is time to reflect on past events and look into what is waiting ahead of us.

 

Looking back, the Corona pandemic turned 2020 into a very different year also for XO CARE. On the positive side, we have all learned how easy we can connect online when traveling is not allowed. Strangely, you may say, this has somehow brought us closer to one another; We have been able to have regular online meetings with our XO Partners across Europe. And we have been able to make good use of our International Advisory Panel of Expert Dentists calling in via Teams or Skype from places as far away as Singapore, Australia, or New York.

 

Fortunately, we have maintained a very dedicated customer base. Thanks to in-depth consultations and feedback from many of you, we have collected intelligence about the importance of infection control and ways of avoiding cross-contamination.

 

Early 2021 we are ready to launch our XO WORKTOP – a new workbench specifically designed to store only minimum instruments and materials within the operatory; the objective being to ensure optimal and more efficient cleaning procedures, thereby saving time and money in the daily operation of the dental practice. Needless to say, I am looking very much forward to meeting all our XO Partners and XO Community of dentists in ‘real-life’ when we will be touring our main European markets again in spring of 2021.
