KIM SØRENSEN
Kim has devoted his entire career to assist dentists in performing extraordinary dentistry. With an MSc in electrical engineering Kim joined the company in 1977 and has since then played the leading role in a series of unit design and development projects spanning the Flex 102cc unit – the first ergonomic handsfree dental unit with microprocessor control; Flex Integral – the first unit with instrument programs, the current XO FLEX – and most recently, the game-changing digital dental unit XO FLOW with many more smart iterations still to come.
PIA STANGERUP
Pia has joined XO CARE as Chief Sales Officer in 2022.
Pia Stangerup has more than fifteen years of top management experience as both CSO, CCO and CEO at a number of leading Danish high-tech and medtech companies. She is an experienced executive and has demonstrated her capabilities for driving commercial growth internationally.
Pia holds an MSc in commerce (Cand.negot, German)
LOUISE KJÆR
Louise comes with an MSc and solid background in business management and strategic partnership development. Having served as advisor to numerous Danish and international companies and organization, she has also worked as external advisor to XO CARE since 2012. In 2020 Louise joined XO CARE to provide full time strategic advice, to build partnerships and to lead marketing activities, as Chief Marketing Officer.
PETER SØRENSEN
Peter Sørensen is the third generation Sørensen in the company. Peter holds a Ph.D. degree in Computer Engineering and has been involved in product development activities at XO CARE since 2003. He has been heading the Research and Development department since 2010.
TORBEN HANSEN
Torben Hansen has more than 20 years of experience in product development and with special emphasis on mechanical engineering. Torben has worked with both domestic and international teams and is a seasoned manager of technology projects.
Torben joined XO CARE in 2007 and as Chief Operations Officer he has overall responsibility of production planning and manufacturing, procurement, warehouse, and product optimization.
THOMAS BROGAARD
Thomas joined XO CARE in 2008 as CFO and is responsible for economic strategy, budgeting, forecasting, controlling and human resource management.
Thomas holds an Economics Master degree from Copenhagen Business School.
Morten has 20 years of product development experience, and more than 10 of those specifically within medical devices.
He joined XO CARE in 2016 as quality engineer and has since 2018 been responsible for the quality management system and regulatory compliance, as Chief Compliance Officer & Quality Manager.
Morten hold a Graduate Diploma in electronics engineering and a master’s degree in software engineering.
